Choir fees are subject to annual review. Where choir fees are increased as a result of such a
review, we shall endeavour to give choir members at least half a terms’ notice of such
increase. Choir members shall have the right to terminate this agreement immediately on
written notice to Musicality Community Choir without liability to pay for any further
sessions.

in complete confidence (in line with our Privacy Policy) at the email below.
In the interests of choir members’ well-being whilst part of Musicality, we ask that you
inform Amber Smith of any medical or other condition that may hinder your experience, so
that we can look to help In the most appropriate way.
Choir-wear
At rehearsals, please wear anything you feel comfortable in.
At performances, Musicality members should wear our signature teal colour on top, with
black ‘bottoms’. Teal dresses, shoes, jackets and tights are all encouraged too!
We politely ask that you give as much notice as possible should you wish to cease your
Musicality Community Choir membership. Please give notice via email or telephone to
Amber Smith on the details below.
Members should respect the leadership of the choir director, all support team and all other
singers at all times. Rehearsals and performances should always be approached with
positivity and kindness.
Musicality Community Choir maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of
negative, offensive, insulting, discriminatory or aggressive behaviour, whether written,
verbal or physical. This may be directed to choir leaders, staff, members or those associated
with the choir.
We ask for consent to take photos/videos when you join Musicality. Musicality committee members take photos and videos of our choir for marketing purposes only.
Taking photos or videos of others in the choir without their consent is not tolerated at Musicality.
You are welcome to take sound recordings for personal use only.
For the overall comfort of everybody, please avoid attending in-person rehearsals,
workshops, and performances intoxicated.
If you aren’t well enough to perform, please don’t. If you need to be seated for the
performance, this can easily be arranged.
All decisions made by Musicality Community Choir are made for the overall enjoyable
experience of its members and, therefore, are final.
